One-liners aren’t always helpful. Sometimes, in our desire to simplify truth, we can trivialize and even obscure it. And to obscure the truth is to tell a lie. When we read the Bible out of context we can make it say pretty much anything we want. And that’s what many have done.  

 

The goal of this series is to reveal some of the most pervasive untruths preached in American pulpits and to give believers a fresh glimpse of who God is and to experience the joy and freedom that results.
